Lauren & Josh Garner, APRN, FNP-C are the husband-and-wife team behind LG Aesthetics & Wellness, bringing together the art of aesthetics and the science of medicine to create a truly elevated patient experience.
Lauren, Owner & CEO, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in aesthetic medicine with a passion for natural, confidence-restoring results. A graduate of Arkansas State University with both her BSN (2010) and MSN (2014), she is known for her refined eye, individualized treatment plans, and genuine relationships with every patient she serves.
Josh is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in emergency medicine, trauma care, toxicology, and infusion therapy. An Arkansas State University alumnus, he earned his BSN in 2008, completed his MSN at UAMS in 2016 becoming board-certified in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care, and later obtained his Post-Master’s Certificate at ASU to become an AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. His calm presence, advanced procedural training, and deep commitment to safety make him the foundation of LG’s wellness and IV infusion services.
Together, Lauren and Josh have created LG Aesthetics & Wellness with one purpose — to care for patients the way they would care for their own family: with excellence, integrity, and heart.

Lauren Garner, APRN, FNP-C is the Owner & CEO of LG Aesthetics & Wellness, a premier medical aesthetics and longevity practice redefining what it means to age beautifully in central Arkansas.
A graduate of Arkansas State University with both her BSN (2010) and MSN (2014), Lauren is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who blends advanced medical training with an artist’s eye for balance, structure, and natural beauty. She is widely known for results that are refined, subtle, and confidence-restoring — never overdone.
Lauren’s approach goes far beyond injections. She is deeply committed to understanding facial anatomy, age-related changes, and the root causes of aesthetic concerns, allowing her to create highly customized treatment plans that evolve with each patient. Her passion for continuous education, evidence-based techniques, and relationship-driven care has positioned LG Aesthetics & Wellness as one of the region’s most trusted destinations for injectables, skin health, and wellness optimization.

Josh Garner, APRN, FNP-C, AGACNP-BC is a trusted provider at LG Aesthetics & Wellness, known for his contagious presence, gentle approach, and unwavering commitment to patient safety.
An Arkansas State University graduate, Josh earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008, later completing his Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2016, where he became board-certified in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care. He then returned to ASU to complete his Post-Master’s Certificate, becoming an AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
With years of experience in emergency and trauma medicine and work at the Poison Control Center, Josh brings a deep understanding of the body under stress — and how to care for it with skill and compassion. His advanced training in vascular access and infusion therapy makes him the perfect provider to oversee IV treatments at LG, ensuring every experience is safe, smooth, and comforting.
