What is the recovery like?
There will be soreness and swelling with likely bruising and redness after the treatment. The extent of these effects can vary between patients. Recovery is significantly improved when combined with our Contour Mat.
How many treatments will I need?
We typically recommend 2-4 treatments spaced several weeks apart for ideal results.

When will I see results?

How many treatments will I need?
Three 30 minute sessions weekly over 4 weeks. The sessions can be spaced or back-to-back days. There are no limits to how many sessions you can do so you may extend another month or two if you would like to continue to increase your results.
How long does the effect last?

Maintaining a healthy diet, exercise, and lifestyle will help your results to remain consistent, as well as doing maintenance treatments.
